• Your account password must be kept secure and must not be shared with anyone

• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to us immediately
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur within your account
• Transferring your account to another individual is strictly prohibited

• You have the right to request a copy of your personal data or apply for its deletion in accordance with applicable legal provisions

You may close your evo888 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled, or any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited.

Evo888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any terms and conditions in this document
• Confirmation that registration information is false or inaccurate
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or unlawful conduct
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual
• Self-exclusion request for responsible gaming reasons
• Instructions from competent authorities

In cases of termination due to a breach of terms, evo888 reserves the right to withhold the account balance until the investigation is complete. For voluntary closures with no outstanding issues, any valid balance will be returned to the member within the stipulated timeframe.
